VHDL module of SDRAM

Hello, We are using your Spartan-II 200 PCI Development Board. At one of our prototyping projetcs, we want to use the SDRAM located on this board. The SDRAM located on this board is MT48LC2M32B2. We need the VHDL module of this SDRAM to be able to handle SRAM burst write and read processes. If you have this kind of modul, can you provide us with this model? Thank you.

Re: VHDL module of SDRAM

Micron does not post VHDL models for this device. There is a location of VHDL model available at http://www.freemodelfoundry.com/ds/km432s2030.txt  that other customers have been able to use. Denali is another source but I believe there is a cost associated with that.
