Debugging the Spartan 3a eval board

I am working on a spartan 3A eval board. While working, the Blue LED stopped flashing. I would like to know does that mean the board is broken.

Is there any way to check it, like sending responses back to the cpu.

Please guide me through it.

Re: Debugging the Spartan 3a eval board

The Blue DONE LED is an indication that the Spartan-3A is properly configured. There are several possibilities besides a broken board that could cause the Spartan-3A not to configure. Are the mode jumpers in the proper position? Was the configuration Flash corrupted? Did the PSoC get reprogrammed or corrupted?

Have you tried working through some of the tutorials located at em.avnet.com/spartan3a-evl?
