ML605 board problem with 28F256P30 BPI flash

Hi, I have problem with svf file on 28F256P30 BPI flash.

 I have created and attached a MCS file for BPI flash28F256P30 in iMPACT 14.6. BPI programming works fine using the MCS file.

 I have created an SVF file in the iMPACT GUI to program the BPI device. The SVF verification fail.

 I see the following failure in iMPACT:
