I m logging and I am trying to download the support documents and this message appear:

Thanks for the notification! I see the same error when using Firefox, however using Internet Explorer worked. Give that a try and I'll alert our web team to the Firefox issue.

Thank s for your response but the same problem appear with internet explorer is not a firefox problem.
How to download information...about this kit?????

I just checked the DRC page for "Xilinx® Virtex®-6 FPGA DSP Development Kit with High-Speed Analog":
I clicked on the "Support Files & Downloads" button, and enterred my login information.
I was able to access the downloads page and I verified that I was able to download each of the files.
I used Internet Explorer v8 for this test.
Can you check again, perhaps the issue has been resolved ?
